- Product Imagery: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our jewelry and cosmetics accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true color of the product.

3. Orders and Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD): To ensure a smooth experience, all COD orders may undergo a verification call or WhatsApp message. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, your order may be automatically cancelled.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan using third-party courier services.
- Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 5–7 working days for other regions.
- Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
- Delays: Glissora is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, or weather conditions.
5. Cosmetics & Jewelry: Usage & Safety
- Cosmetics: Our products are for external use only. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Glissora is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
- Jewelry Care: To maintain the shine of your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Glissora is not responsible for natural wear and tear or tarnishing due to improper care.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the product is used.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (jewelry or cosmetics), you must notify us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.
7. Limitation of Liability
Glissora.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
